Main purpose

Campus management system for applications, enrollment, study program, and examination management.

Description

Jade eCampus is based on HISinOne (HIS eG) and is the university's central campus management system. Access is via https://ecampus.jade-hs.de. The system covers the modules Application and Admission (APP), Student Administration (STU), Examination and Course Management (EXA), and Alumni Management (ALU). After enrollment, students receive their credential sheet for all IT services via the 'Student Account' portlet (User Administration (SECID-UADM-1.0)).

Applicants: self-registration; students: activated user account (User Administration (SECID-UADM-1.0))

Modules:
- APP – Applications and admissions
- STU – Student administration
- EXA – Examination and event management
- ALU – Alumni

Students receive their access data sheet (User Administration (SECID-UADM-1.0)) via eCampus in the 'Student Account' portlet after enrollment. It contains: username, initial password, email address, Wi-Fi parameters.

CampusCard photo (CampusCard (SECID-CCARD-1.0)): upload in eCampus (jpg/jpeg, max. 10 MB, full head visible).

The IT center is responsible for technical operation. Subject-specific questions are answered by the Enrollment Office.
