Digital capture, archiving, and management of documents for university administration.
The document management system of Jade University is based on d.3 by d.velop and primarily serves university administration in the areas of HR and finance. Access is via https://dms.jade-hs.de using the standard login. Available clients include the d.3 Smart Explorer (web client) and the d.3 Desktop Client. On PCs in PC Network System (WORK-PCVS-1.0), the software is installed automatically via ZENworks (Software (APPS-SW-1.0)). The IT center handles technical operations; content responsibility lies with the using departments.

Document capture is possible via:
- PCs in PC Network System (WORK-PCVS-1.0) – automatic installation via ZENworks Software (APPS-SW-1.0)
- Non-integrated devices (notebooks, home office) – manual access
